Why is always a girl victim?

Victim for rape, acid attacks, eve teasing, and what not!

Why girls are not allowed into the temple or a mosque or a dargah when they are on the periods?

We are taught in our biology subject that it is a natural process! Therefore, how can we stop them?  How can be they responsible for it?  Why are they said not to touch anything?

People say objects become impure if they touch them. I mean seriously, Is it so?

I basically think people with pure heart and soul get the purest blessings from God.

If a girl is not allowed to the divine place if she is on her periods because it is considered to be 'impure'  then how can criminals even enter the divine places? How can a rapist become a "Man God"?

We live in 21st century and people think we are developing. Let me be clear my friend, We aren't!
