Yin and Yang

Info

If there's one thing that I've learnt in sixteen years of my existence is that people are stupid. So stupid that I want to go to an empty parking lot while it's raining and scream my heart out into a void of nothingness to release the pent up frustration which I get from interacting with stupid people.

I have been with people who act like someone just died if they see a person crying and would go and comfort the said person with lies coated with honey to comfort them and bring them momentary peace while I sit and watch like  a silent spectator wondering what's wrong with having a bad day or wallowing in sorrow rather than being cheerful and happy all the time?

It never ceases to amaze me that people don't understand the fact that it is not always supposed to be sunny and bright and the fact that being gloomy and dark is considered to be the building structure for sadness and depression.

Who the hell decided that one should be happy all the time and have  a positive outlook on life and be grateful for everything? Why does being sad without any reason draw pity as if an adorable puppy was just murdered?

The sky is full of sunshine and brightness one moment and the keleidoscope of hues transits into an array of gloomy clouds which light up the sky with thunderbolts and lightening and rain which brings with it, an atmosphere so gloomy that I like to pick a book, sip coffee and think about death and afterlife.

You shouldn't be judged because you are sitting in a corner feeling like shit whereas you were on cloud nine the day before! You shouldn't be judged because you like to talk about death and pain even when you're not depressed!

You shouldn't be judged and you shouldn't judge because the world is a better place to live in when individual differences don't become divisions and when everything beautiful but distinct exists together and the canvas is submerged with different shades of life and opinions.

Being happy all the time is not mental health. That's bullshit. You're entitled to dance in the rain whenever you want to and let the rain wash away your tears when you're heartbroken and just out of love.

Life is a yin and yang of happiness and sorrow, of luck and misfortune, of dreams and heartbreaks, of love and anger and brightness cannot exist without darkness or shadows so I'm here telling you that it is okay to not be okay because you are a human after all.
