You're my whole book
a book i lay all my stories to.
The book I'd gladly spend my whole life writing.
The book im willing to complete with every single bit of blood i have if i had to.
The book i lay all my thoughts to--
the bitter, the sweet,
dusk to dawn, night till day.
You are my book. Mine to write. Mine to read.
The one i whisper all my pains and hopes into.
The book i pray to God, that i could spend the rest of my life with.
The book who knows my soul.
BUT I WAS JUST YOUR CHAPTER.
an ugly chapter in your book, that you sometimes don't wanna read.
A chapter that you once wrote when its convenient.
That when your pen fell down, you didn't wanna go on,
a chapter that got messed up,
a chapter you can't understand so you just decided to abandon.
I was just a chapter.
I was just a chapter who didn't rhyme with your past,
and can't dance with your future plans so you decided to end.
I was just a chapter, that you sometimes continue to write when your chapter for her gets boring.
I was just a chapter you refuse to finish.
So you just left me hanging.
Tossed. Left alone. Forgotten..
A chapter you chose to burn.
