And after so many years, I felt butterflies in my stomach

Flowers grew inside my head

And made up words, lines and stanzas

They were common, I know

But for me they were special

And how they were able to touch my soul

I've heard commas and periods as they were notes

I've learned up rhymes I've never known before

Our love has become a poem

And I will forever be amazed on how we were able to write it, inkless

But it was not just a poem

It was also a music that we sang along...together

You broke me with your words

And after so many years, I am tortured again

Storms damaged all the flowers

And destroyed all the columns I've made

You broke me with your phrases

They weren't common at all

Because for me they were knives of you

And my heart is where they went through

You broke me with your sentences

And how they were able to murder my soul

The commas and periods weren't notes anymore

They cut the rhymes I've learned before

I heard our music once again

I heard our love for the last time

But it's not like before when we used to sing it as a song

It's now like a stroke on a guitar, out of tune

My life isn't plain anymore

And I can see how beautiful it is stained

Yes, with that invisible ink, you stained it

And for me it became a masterpiece

Our love has become a poem

And everybody appreciates how wonderful it was written

Life is a blank sheet of paper
