Letter

Dear inner voice,

This is the first time I'm able to write something to you. I should have written to you earlier but it's not so easy. I know you always wanted me to listen to you and don't get blown away by the outer noise, but as I told you it's tough to overcome those attractive, tempting voices from outside. They just trapped me in shiny lights, temptations, noise that seems to be you, but you never shouted aloud to get my attention. I always thought something was going through me, inside my head telling me to go the way which seemed difficult but was right for me. 

So when I thought about you I always picturized you as me, like my twin but more pious, gentle and humble than me. I'm just a girl who is trapped in lot of dilemmas but you always tried to help me, but I was not ready, I was not willing to listen to you, I'm really sorry for that. I'm sorry for all those times when I didn't listened to you and landed into stupid situations. And you know what I was always wondering what if I had someone who would guide me through difficult situations of life, unaware of your presence. 

And now when I have started listening you, I want to thank you for all those instincts, small gestures you show me to go through difficult times. 

I know we all have a small voice inside us, trying to help us, trying to be heard but due to the temptations of outer world it gets faded away. I want all of us to revive it, to make it more active so that we could all listen to our inner voice and no voice gets buried into the walls of our hearts, aching later.
