//things I’d tell my heart, if only it listened to me//

Info

I.You’re tiny, but you’re powerful. Don’t let people create crevices in you and leave. If they do, stich yourself together, nobody else will heal you.

II.Don’t underestimate you power to change lives. You, my dear little heart, are so much more capable than people tell you. It’s the likes of you that keep people alive, anyway.

III.Don’t run from the pain, but deal with it. You should be used to the “beating” by now, shouldn’t you? When it’s time for goodbye, let go. You won’t hurt forever.

IV.Don’t hold a grudge over the mind, it exists for a reason . You can be persuasive enough too, but that isn’t your job. Your work is to simply feel ; let the mind take care of the rest.

V.You’ve been strong all these years, don’t give up now. Don’t give up, because you can get through this, no matter what others make you believe.
