Imagine,
Suppose you are riding on your bike and get hit by a speeding ambulance.
The ambulance is carrying a serious patient in it, who’s in immediate need of a doctor.
You fall from your bike because of the impact, you are seriously injured and get knocked out unconscious as well.
The ambulance driver shows some presence of mind and puts the injured you in the ambulance, to take you to the hospital.
At the hospital, when you wake up, you find out that the doctors operated you to save you.
And you realize, you are alive only because of the presence of mind shown by the ambulance driver and his prompt action.
The other ‘serious man’, who was in the ambulance is also saved, solely because of the actions of the ambulance driver.
What if,
The ambulance driver was ‘me’, who hit you?
The other ‘serious patient’ in the ambulance was your hurt heart that I was desperately trying to save.
The one riding the bike were to be ‘you’. And the accident was nothing but some lies that I said.
Would you get angry at the ambulance driver for hitting you, knocking you out unconscious and injuring you?
OR
Would you thank him for his prompt action that saved you and the other ‘serious man’ in the ambulance as well?
Whose fault it would be if that ‘serious man’ in the ambulance would’ve died?
Would you hate me?
Just in theory.
