Everything was sound as I slit her throat.
Madness, dripping down the walls, drop, drop, drop.
I remember every silence, an oath;
“Together forever” with every chop.
Agony fills me over as I lay
In a small boat with a sack, dripping blood.
I hover it on edge, over the bay.
Bye bye Rosie, you belong in the mud.
Police sirens echoed across the streets.
Dear me, is it the time for guilt and plea,
All the minutes and seconds this chase beats,
Why can’t all this trouble just leave me be?
Handcuffs jingle as they bind my frail wrists.
Too bad for her head, it slipped out my wits.
