System fails when people with Ability don't wish to Change the System and people with Authority don't have ability to run the System.
It is easier to make system and more easy to break/tilt the system But Most difficult to change the system.
Human beings create the System with a motive for the welfare of ALL. But later for individual benefits and ill motives some Powerful Persons mould and tilt the System, which in turn becomes liability on the society in large.
Every system has its own merits and demerits. If we wish to change the system first and most primary is we 'CHANGE OURSELVES FIRST'
We have to change our mindset and think positive that YES We all can change it for the betterment of society.
Nature has its own laws like 'Nature changes every moment'. No single moment is similar to the last moment gone or to the coming future moment.
Another is Law of Patience: 'One can plant trees to get fruits but the nature cycle has its own time to give fruits same way One can plan to have children but you cannot decrease the gestation cycle of nine months for birth of children'.
We have to keep patience if we wish to have new changes.
To change the system I feel following are the crucial factors:
1. First of all BE The Change to Change the System.(For this I had written a post earlier also at Launchora & Linkedin)
2. Then Get IN to the System to Change the System.
3. Just by criticizing the society, government, people and own luck etc. will not help us. We will have to help ourselves.
4. Identify the Issue to be changed or amended.
5. Try not to be self centered or looking for benefits only for your near and dears.
6. Issue should not be of the individual nature, it has to be which effects society as whole.
7. Have a long term vision in identifying the issue.
8. Focus on social issues which seem to be small but may be having the worst of the effects on society e.g. The Menace of Female Feticide or the Depleting Ratio of Female Sex ratio as compared to Men.
9. At present the ratio in India is 867/1000 which means we are are sitting on a dynamite , because in the times to come the ratio will deplete And will result in to all sorts of increase in crimes against women.
10. 'Law of Economics' would also be applicable as the LESSER the SUPPLY of Women, MORE the DEMAND. Having a direct ripple effects for increase in crimes.
11. Discuss the identified issue in large with the Society between your networks and circles.
12. Create awareness about the issue in Society through social media and other sources.
13. Focus on the 'Issue'.
14. Postmortem the 'Issue' to get root causes and find why this issue has been cultivated.
15. Discuss it with larger groups and find suggestions for overcoming that issue.
16. Pen down the number of suggestive solutions with priority list.
17. Create awareness in society for the issues, its ripple effects and its solutions.
18. Adopt measures to suggest solutions to the decision makers.
19. Keep on putting efforts and have patience for solution to happen.
20. Always be ready to amend further solutions for further betterment of solutions.
21. Have patience in getting results, it takes less time to make system but it takes more time to change the system.
I as an individual have patience and self confidence that one day, my writing will bring at least one little change for the betterment of society or my writing would be able to bring smile on face of a reader or may bring any positive thought in mind or may change the corrupt system.
This may happen even after when my body would not exist in this universe but my thoughts will exist. Then again I would be grateful to GOD as always I am, from wherever my Soul would exist(in this body or new designated body by GOD).
