It is said that Laws are equal for ALL CITIZENS then how can laws distinguish between a citizen and a political leader, whereas a political leader is also first a citizen only.
Just bare perusal of following may distinguish between a Citizen and a political leader.
One can vote only from One Place, how come a Politician ( नेता ) can fight elections from more than One Place?
At the time of voting, if any citizen is behind bars or not at his place of voter registration. He cannot VOTE. BUT a Politician can fight and contest in Elections even if he is behind bars.
To be a Bank Clerk, one has to be minimum Graduate BUT an illiterate can become the FINANCE Minister of the Country.
To be a Police Constable, one has to pass a physical fitness test and possess minimum qualifications BUT an illiterate and non-fit person can become HOME Minister.
No one dares to give a job to a man with a pending case of molestation BUT a leader with pending Rape cases can become the Social/ Women Welfare Minister.
To be a primary teacher, one has to be Graduate BUT an uneducated person who may not have gone to school for one day for studies, can become EDUCATION Minister.
To be in Military Forces, one should have minimum qualifications and has to go through lot of physical tests BUT any uneducated and physically unfit person can become DEFENCE Minister.
Just to appear for Civil Services Exams, one has to be in Prescribed age limits of minimum 21 years and less than 32 years BUT Politicians and Ministers ( नेता ) have no prescribed age limits..
There may be hundred of such more examples.With ongoing policies all systems get flawed so with the time the System should be modified to clear the flaws. System is to be made for the welfare of ALL not to appease a certain section or officials.
Law of Nature is clear that Changes are must. We can not find ditto same time Sun rise or Sun Set or same weather on the very next day.Laws of society also need changes.
My intention is to create awareness that there are lot of areas, which need immediate attention of the Decision Makers to simplify and modify the existing system, wherever it found to be necessary.
My request is that to start with first we have to change ourselves. We all should do brain storming sessions among the society in our groups. Based on that we should chalk out not only the problems BUT suggestive solutions as well and then request the Government for acting on the same.
I am totally non-legal person and faced my share of sufferings due to the flaws in the System.
After facing lot of sufferings without any fault of mine, being a normal guy my anger did motivate me to take the revenge from the people(who have duped and tried to falsely implicate me) and the system too. Later I concluded that revenge or criticizing the system is not a solution and if one wants to change the system, first he has to be in the system and to change himself i.e BE The Change himself. To solve a problem one will have to face, discuss, analyze, postmortem the source and find the solution for the problem.
Most of us may have faced a lot due to corruption, reservation policies, dirty politics, and obsolete laws etc. etc. in the past. My dear friends, it is not a crime to be Optimistic; we all can bring out the reformed society for our coming generations, if we all also do a bit for the same.
I am doing my bit by discussing the issues among friends and associates and seeking their opinions. I have found that there is lot of anger in society BUT becoming Vijay (Amitabh Bachchan) of famous 'Deewar' movie is not going to help any one.
My Father used to say that Human beings are Mortal BUT the Writing and Speech is Immortal. Whatever we write will remain and whatever we speak, those sound vibrations will remain in the universe.
The History has proven that PEN IS MIGHTER THAN THE SWORD. With whatever little knowledge I could gather in mine life , I started writing stories for creating awareness about the issues/problems. With a view, if we get aware and start discussing issues among our groups, we may end up finding solutions too.
Earlier I had written about Time to Change Old Criminal Laws in India and recently in news papers, there were news that in coming winter session Government is planning to change number of obsolete laws.
This gives a real boost to common citizens that at least now the Indian Government under the leadership of Hon’ble Prime Minister Modi Ji, is serious about bringing changes in the system for the betterment of all.
Then there was another encouraging step taken by the current Government about the appointment of Judges. For which I posted a story How to build Indian Judiciary the best in World. Where I had put my humble submissions that another major requirement to make the Judiciary corruption free: for giving FAIR JUSTICE to all.
I am dead sure that my writing will bring one day, at least one little good change in society, bring smile on face of readers, bring positive thought in minds and will change the corrupt system for better lives for ALL. This may happen even after when my body would not exist in this universe but my thoughts will exist. Then again I would be grateful to GOD as always I am, from wherever my Soul would exist (in this body or new designated body by GOD).
