Best friend?

Hi there,

It's been years since the last time we've met. I see you're still the perfect man I'd wish from the stars every night. Your eyes and smile are still my favorite part of your face, you still look so handsome even as the years passed by, You haven't changed that much, your hair remains the same you still stand and walk so professionally. I missed you, I still remember those days when you would goof around and spend time with me, those days when I cried so much and you would say stupid things to make it worst when I thought you wouldn't care but later on you would apologize and hug me for saying those things recklessly. If only we could go back to the time when we were still close. Before all of this happened, Before everything took its turn, when I was still hiding my feelings and Before when I can still call you as my Best friend. 

How are you? I'm sure you're happy, I mean why wouldn't you? you chose the girl you just knew for weeks more than me, you should be happy for finding your true love but, why are you in front of me apologizing with those tears that are rolling from your cheeks. I was taken aback when you hugged me like you wouldn't want to let go of me, I stood there like a child who doesn't know how to react in a situation then you let go and explained how wrong you were, How much you treasure me and How much you love me those words may be deceiving back when I still have those feelings but now you're too late. If you were the man in my dreams, I guess I found the man who would love me for eternity.

You looked at me one last time and said: I am too late, but I don't want to lose you. Give me time and let me move on for I will come back and be the friend you can count on.
