Books.
They're the store of different flavors
thus your mortal taste buds
be granted the noblest favor.
You'll say a book tasted bitter
while some would tickle your sweet-tooth
whether its thin or thicker
for whatever the reason
sizes or shapes doesn't matter
see, you'd sipped sadness thru a book
or drink happiness and get soaked
when tears raced down your cheeks
from the lingering flavors in their pages
and to eat a book a day
will keep your empty soul away
for no matter how a book tasted
just know its always for the best
pages may age-be hidden
keep in mind they're for giving
Albeit they look worse or better
Don't worry they'll be remembered
One day you'll find a good book
that'd make you want to live there
Anyway who'd refuse a book
if it taste like heaven?
