Can I? Or we?

Hi. Mr Eyeglasses,can I say Hi? 

Or maybe, can I look you in the eyes? 

Maybe not,or possibly I can try.

Can I? Maybe, I’ll end up with a sigh. 

 Can we be friends? Will that ever happen? 

If I say, “nice to see you” will you care? 

Will you tell, It’s nice to see you again. 

Or should I keep myself and just stare,

To the way you walk and on how  you talk?

Maybe I should be smiling at you. 

Will you be looking me and smile back? 

Or perhaps, I must change my point of view. 

What if I remove the “maybe’s ” and try.

Coz at the end,I don’t want to feel sorry.
