Chapter 5(love at first sight)

They lie about love in stories ,tales & movies, where the people abandon themselves from loving anyone after loosing their first love. We get attracted , start dreaming , fall again trying to fill what has been empty.

My eyes hid a search for  homage, my lips sealed many unsung ballads. I had mistaken a few strangers as the right one, I was still looking for one. My eyes fell on the most familiar stranger I could have came across, Ethan.

"Strangers" play  a unique part in our life. There was a reason behind parents prohibiting us from talking to strangers ,as strangers lie. But sometimes  strangers teach about the most bitter truthful perspectives of life.

He was still smiling at me like I was a cloudy sky showering raindrops & he was a lover of rain. I'm afraid  but It felt home when our eyes met. Tears escaped and bit my lips, It still felt the same. Smile painted on both our lips, eyes glued like magnets. It felt like our hearts knew it was going to happen from the beginning .

Then why did we fell apart from the beginning ,why did we met people we weren't meant to fall in love with, why we spent sleepless night drowned in ink, music and loneliness . Did we leave to come back again ? Was it a prove that there is always a way back home? Was it a proof that our love hasn't faded even after years of absence.

I was happy that he has a girl friend now. He looked healthy as a horse. The only thing that I wanted now was to let out all what I have felt.

Elsa handed over my speech. "I don't need it anymore"  I told. She looked confused . I took the stand  with a weird  confidence I never had before.
