Face to Face with Love

I've been having these thoughts, of when I first met this guy, I can put him to words but, I realized that I couldn't do it to myself. This man, made me think about myself, and how eagerly was I looking for something, that's already been in front of me.

It was love.

It's many things, I heard adults talk about, they say that you'd feel butterflies in your stomach or your breathing was as of getting on a stampede or how the Cupid would shoot his arrow in your heart and connect it to someone else, well to him, I felt all of it.

I understand myself, from that moment on, it wasn't adoring him or liking him at all, it was further more superior than that, and indeed like everybody was, I got scared, of this feeling. I was already contented living a solitary life, not giving anyone the attention I could give.

But when he came along, everything became different.

And I wondered, if this was being in love, why would anyone forsake it?

And then, I realized how tricky of a question I myself had multiple answers in from different people but, in my own opinion, as naive as they describe it, it is unreasonable and despicable, for one to do bad things when they find themselves contented and happy.

Why would they, in front of love, decline it's greatness?, why would they reason out a lot of things on when they are into love?, why make such drastic measures to cheat, to leave, to give up, to suffer and even to kill?.

Yes, indeed I can be called naive for thinking that everyone can have a lovely time being in love and less in hate, but maybe one needed to be so in order to live that way.
