slippery as an eel
the tighter you hold me the faster I slip through
the closer you are to me the farther I move
the stronger you chain me the harder I fight back
the heavier you press me the lighter I see you
the charmer you act the more disillusioned I become
the more you expect from me the less you get
the lower you throw me the higher I climb
the less you value me the more I raise my status
the cowardly you think of me the braver I prove myself
but where to draw the line between you and me
you are me and I am you, as weirder as it sounds
