From a Child by Mistake

I’ve come to hate the word I used to love

Ended up questioning everything I have,

Always in wonder, where will I ever stop?

Stop acting like I was brave and tough

I was your number one fan

But, your mistakes defined everything you’ve done

A nightmare that hunts me whenever I tried to run

Indeed, a reasonable way to begone

I needed you, but you left the pain deeper

Emptiness arouse as the fight was already over

I wanted to forgive you but my heart does not heed any longer,

I’ve come to hate the word I used to love, “ Father ”
