Frozen intimacy

I hugged him, for the first time. I knew it in my heart that i should not, but his embrace felt like bandage on my bruised heart.

I wanted to stop him, and wanted to hold him tight for his light to reach in every corners of my broken heart.

Something unsaid wrapped us ,while we kept holding each other ; intertwined in intimacy of our innocent hearts.

Air around us felt more warmer, vibes surrounding us felt more alive.

But then there was that "boundary" that two souls must never cross.

"I should go", he said.

Please stand still for a while, hold my hand for a while.

"yes" i replied with sigh

While night grew more darker,

Two strangers, shared their light.
