Goodbye

I liked you since our childhood days. I know you know it since our common friends make it as a banter. I never knew that my feelings will rekindle, the moment I saw you again, for the first time after a long time. 

I tried to suppress this feelings for I know that this is wrong and we have many important things to do. But no matter how hard I tried, I can't look directly in your eyes, for I'm afraid of shedding a tint of blood on my cheeks.

I tried things to make conversations. I tried also to caught your attention. But all of those were futile. I must not do this but I found myself doing it. It gives me pain to see you so close yet so far. 

Our conversations only works for a couple of seconds then vanishes the very moment we start. I watched your every actions. I observed you keenly. I can't help but feel this unexplainable jealousy everytime you show your care for someone. I hope I could feel it too. I'm wishing you could also walk or run a distance just to get what I left. I'm looking from afar, hoping you'll have the same feelings though, I knew it can't be.

Now that you're gonna leave, I could only wish one thing. That you may be blessed and continue the good deeds you're doing. For the best thing that I can do is not to bother you and to suppress this feeling as early as possible...

And when we meet again, I hope I could bravely look at you straight in the eyes, talk to you without stammering and could finally tell myself that my heart already forgets what it feels for you.
