Guarding Up

Last night he asked me why am I keeping my distance to him and why am I keeping his hands off me. I paused, kept my mouth shut trying to ignore the subject, pretended I was busy and uninterested. But in the back of my mind I wrote a poem.

"You see I am so sensitive with your touch

What if I fall in love with you?

Would you dare catch me?

No, I know you wouldn't

I don't intend to be catch either"

And then the night ended without a good conversation of us.
