Started as merely strangers
Pass by each other every single day
Not knowing what destiny have in store for us
We're busy, winds blowing breezy
No time for those stuff
No time for love
But this emotion somehow started
Inserting in our lives like an advertisement
That turned out to be the actual show
You noticed me
I noticed you
We talked professionaly
Unaware of the hidden reality
I felt sparks yes, but managed to chase it away
Since we're looking forward for our own future
I never thought these sparks
Would soon ignite to fire
Slowly, gradually
I thought about you often at night
And then conquered all of my time
Thinking of the impossible
Things we can do but we're not able
I started feeling sad
Since it was unrequited
But what I haven't calculated
Is that you were actually interested
The way you told me
Was not as fancy as it could have be
But the thought was all I needed
Your love was all I needed
Today, we held hands
And as I stare at these
Surreal intertwining fingers
A question popped in my mind
Have you ever thought of now?
'Coz I never have
I never thought you'd be here
Sitting, laughing next to me
Sharing your story with mine
A genuine collaboration
I never thought of me bumping you
Then loving you
And you loving me
My, my, everything's going crazy
But what can I say we're still at the beginning
Of our marvelous love story
So have you ever?
A short poem I made in honor to the Diary that holds my emotions. Thanks for Reading!
