She's a poem he can never read,
Amidst the fall of auburn leaves.
He's a poem she can never write,
Lingering in the middle of the night.
She's a poem lost in wonderland,
Beneath the river of broken vows.
He's a poem with hidden lines,
Burried under the cemetery ground.
She's a poem lost for words,
Still grasping for the love he hoards.
He's a poem full of unkept cards,
Still playing even without a spark.
She's a poem full of black and white,
Choosing in between the day and night.
He's a poem with false kaleidoscope,
False happiness and false hope.
She's a poem he never had,
Amissed soul, hungry heart.
He's a poem she cannot write,
But when he left, she finally writes.
Poetry is my sweet escape, but it turned out, it was also my greatest disaster.
