Her Prayer Answered

She thought of her conversation with her long lost love whom she wasn't sure if she loved or hate at this moment as she writes this after her so called final break up one of the million which they had, but this wasn't the usual where one person is at fault and the other has to say sorry and it ends this was different......... this was heart wrenching......this meant a lot ......she was in a state that was inexplainable ..her best friend who she trusted and loved when the world was against her just betrayed her trust left her ,like it was nothing like she didn't mean anything to her anymore,like it was her fault ......her so called ex just said she would have slept with so many guys and was "ashamed" of her she felt the lump in her throat but she didn't say anything because she was still lost and wondered how he once promised to never leave her and now he told her that he was ashamed to have loved her for so long, he thought she was something special but she wasn't,she was just another one of the girls whom he had come across 

Thinking about all this she remembered the beginning of all of this .......the time when it all began.

Their love life wasn't the garden of roses like many others she was a tomboy and an extrovert  who loved to talk to everyone alike some thought she was a sweetheart but others thought she was too outgoing but she remained the same not affected by what people thought about her, but today she whispered a prayer that the trip she would go for tomorrow would give her a best friend ......a boy, not one of the many girls who had her back but a boy who would stand up for her like a brother, who would protect her and someone whom she could confide anything to but still be friends nothing more but more than friendship she wanted a brother who would understand her and stand up for her. It was they day she met him in the trip where he fell in love with her this time out of all the times they saw each other but never knew who the other was , he was watching from a distance as she was talking with her friend on the bus, the seat next to her was empty so he came and sat next to her, she was surprised but he told her there was no place she was cool with it then, apparently disrupting her whole conversation with her best friend he asked her name, she replied and asked him his and the usual talk went on with the whole time she thinking in her head why was this guy asking random questions .........at last he asked her if she was on Facebook and sent her a friend request and their talk went on until they reached the place and had to separate ways back to their homes , it was late at night he told her to take care and said bye  .

The next few days went on pretty normal for her but for him they were different those special moments spent with her, her laughter her smile kept playing through his mind then suddenly he got a message it was from her, at first he was surprised and he could feel his heart pounding against his chest, he gathered his courage and texted her back ,they became good friends over a period of time then his friendship started taking roots of love he became closer to her , she just considered him her best friend the one whom she prayed about but for him she was a lot more than a friend someone whom he couldn't stop talking to, everything about her seemed perfect, she was different than everyone else she had seen, she would be perfect as his wife in the future he thought. 

One day they were talking rather late in the night, later than they ever had before. She was on her bad wrapped up comfortably in her blanket he was on the other side sweating and not able to control his feelings, at last gathering his courage he typed "i wish u were here beside me i feel like hugging u tight and kissing u " and clicked send. He was regretting this so much every second felt like an hour and as those two blue ticks appeared he was more nervous than ever he could hear his heart beat. she on the other end was shocked she could believe her eyes she was just confused and frozen she didn't know what to do. Quickly he replied back "Im really sorry i didn't mean to send that please don't misunderstand me " she still awestruck replied 

" bye

i have to go

take care"

He didn't know what to say he was regretting this so much , he couldn't sleep the whole night thinking about what he had done. "would she hate me, would she think Im a jerk or worse she would never talk to me again ", with all these thoughts racing through his mind at last after what seemed like forever he fell asleep. 

He woke up early that day, he knew she wouldn't have woken up by now so mustering up every little bit of courage left he texted her good morning .....she didn't see it yet and he kept checking his phone every minute to see if she saw the message he was restless and at last he heard his phone beep, it was her she TEXTED him back. 

They texted like normal, like nothing happened the night before, he wanted to remind her about his love but didn't , he didn't wanna take the risk again.

Their life went on being just friends. 

Her prayer was answered she got someone who cared about her and stood up for her while he on the other side was still confused but didn't have the courage.
