hide-and-seek

This is all a game of hide-and-seek. A game to see who the

best hider is.

Keep it in. Keep it in. Keep it in. Observe where the wind

is blowing. Observe where the walkways are. Observe where the

hand rails are. Observe where the others are. Observe what the

drop in the water is. Observe. Then accept it. Accept it.

There are no such things as substitutes. There are only

supports. There are only second choices. You have to accept that

you’ll never be as good as the first one. There are only

judgements. There are only comparisons.

You’re only as good as you’ll ever get and never what they

need. You’re a drug they say they can’t live without but they

honestly can. You’ll never be the oxygen they breathe. The very

best thing you could do is hide and accept.

There are two types of unobtrusive person in the world: the

one who knows a lot of things but remains quiet and the one who

knows nothing but has the decency to shut their mouth.

You are both. You should be both. You will be both.

When you’re faced with all the malevolence the world has to

offer and you have to choose. Choose the lesser evil.

The world may be tough but you don’t have to be part of all

that toughness. You could be the little ray of sunlight. You

could be the reason for others to believe in kindness. You could

be kind.

Learn to take care of those who can’t take care of

themselves. Learn to understand those who can’t understand

themselves. Learn to be strong for those who can’t be strong for

themselves. Learn to love those who can’t love themselves.

Your self-control is your weapon. A weapon to defend you

from yourself.

Watch the world revolve. Don’t be scared of what’s behind.

Don’t be scared of what’s up ahead. Don’t be scared of what’s

underneath your bed. Be scared of the weapon inside your body.

Never forget to live the moment.

You are a winner. When you hide too much they might forget

you. Learn when to lose your own game.
