i was late, it was raining and i had a really important meeting. things were going so smooth you see, and my then the bus got 20 minutes late. so there i was, sitting and waiting for the bus all messed up in my brain. I was just hoping i don't get fired, and stressing out about it took my phone out and saw its dead already. wow, what an amazing start isn't it. I remember how crushed i felt, i felt so helpless. then the bus arrived, and i was kind of relieved. i got into the bus, i got a seat and there i was tapping my foot on the floor anxiously. i was so stressed out, i could hear my heart beat. then I felt someone, someone touching my shoulder. i looked back, there was this attractive man with such beautiful blue eyes and dark brown hair. he asked for a seat, as he had an injury on his leg. I just couldn't stop looking at him, i forgot everything. then i just got up in embarrassment. for straight 10 minutes, i just looked at him. thinking what should i say to start a conversation, i know it was not at all a good idea as i already had tons of things to worry about, but hey you don't get to see such a beauty everyday. so finally i, i spoke to him, i asked him about his leg, and let me tell you, his voice, oh my lord, i could listen to his voice all day. i just looked so dumb, looking at him, adoring his face as we chatted.
he told me about his work, and then we had a little discussion about that too, i told him where i work and all that. and we talked and talked, now apart from the physical blessed features he had, now i was attracted to him as a person, the way he talked, the way he was basically. i was just hoping, to not fall in love now. i wanted this moment to last forever. and then, it was my stand next, and to be honest, i didn't want to leave. yes, call me a creep, i just wanted to stick to this attractive guy i just met. so i decided, lets be a confident young girl, and i asked for his number, yes straight up, no shame. he kinda laughed and then he asked, do you believe in destiny, meanwhile i just wanted to kill myself for saying what i said. i said, um i dont know, yeah maybe.
he said, lets just let it be on destiny. and then it was my stand, I just left in a hurry.i was embarrassed i guess, but now it was about the meeting, i just hurried, and rushed to the conference room. and there, my assistant told me, the meeting has delayed, thank god. i went to my cabin. worked and prepared for the meeting, and just couldn't stop thinking about that guy. i wanted to focus on my work, but just couldn't. then it was the time, my boss called me in the conference room, so i decided to just let it all out and show how capable i am. and the moment i entered the room, guess who was sitting right in front of me. yes, you guessed it right. that guy! yes that blue eyed beautiful handsome human i just met in the bus. he passed a smile, and i just couldn't stop thanking god in my brain. after the meeting, i waited for everyone to leave, and i went up to him. he passed me a letter. and he went, without saying anything. I followed him till the lift. and then i just,
went back to my cabin, after getting tons of appreciation from my boss. i was really happy, but for now, i just wanted to know what is in this letter!
" i saw you all stressed out, i know you were late. i had no injury, i just wanted to sit next to you, but you actually got up! ahah, I knew you were looking at me for 10-15 minutes before asking about my leg. never seen someone more adorable than you, i actually delayed the meeting, i saw the logo of the company on your bag....." okay, okay okay. i told myself to calm down as i turned the page and there were his digits. oh my lord, so this guy whom i just met was the client i had to make the presentation for. and he delayed the meeting for me! if i was not late, i would have never met him. if my phone wasn't dead i would have got an uber and would have got fired. do you get what i am saying? i have no idea this makes sense or not, but all i want to say is that this was a roller coaster ride for me!
you ask what happened next? well i just got my phone charged, and texted him. now i am a proud owner of this amazing job, and this blue eyed human. ahaha, things works in the most beautiful way if you look closely.
