With the Mail app on your iPhone and iPad, you can easily send mail to several people at once, without having to select each contact. Even if you have configured SBCGlobal email with the email app, you can send multiple emails from your SBCGlobal email at once. To know how this works, read this post till the end.
We already explained in another tip how you could organize contacts on the iPhone into groups. This way you can put all colleagues in a certain department or your friends in a separate group so that you can find them faster. However, how do you quickly send an e-mail to a fixed group of people? In this post, you can read how you can quickly send an email to a group of people.
Group mail on iPhone and iPad
Sending an email to a group of contacts can be useful, for example, if you want to send an invitation to a party, email your colleagues or agree on something with your sports friends. Follow the steps below to quickly send an email to a group of contacts:
• Create a group (on the desktop or via iCloud, as explained in our earlier tip), for example of your colleagues. Use a recognizable name for this (in this example: Colleagues).
• Then drag the individual contacts from your entire contact list to the new group. Make sure that the e-mail address is added to every contact.
• Go to the Mail app and enter the name of the group (Colleagues). The word Group appears with the contact suggestions, with the names of the contacts in the group below. Tap this group. You can tap the ‘icon’ to view the complete list for checking.
Once you have tapped the group, all the names of your contacts in this group will appear in the ‘To’ section in your new email. If you have saved several e-mail addresses for a person, his or her name will appear twice in the ‘To’ field. You can tap on each individual name to view to which address the mail will be sent. If you want to delete a single person, tap it once and tap the backspace key in your keyboard. Note that creating a contact group is only possible via iCloud.com or the Mac and not directly on your iPhone or iPad.
Now that you know how to send multiple emails from your email app installed on your iPhone or iPad, you will enjoy the convenience. However, if there are some issues with sending multiple emails, then you will have to check as to what wrong have you done while configuring your email app to allow you to send multiple emails at once, then you need to go to SBCGlobal Email Support to get the right assistance regarding this process.
In case, SBCGlobal email is not working on Mac computer.
00If you have never created a sub-user or enhance the email quota then try doing that on your email.
01Emails are becoming the most popular ways of communication.
