Know About Additional Settings You Will Find Under SBCGlobal Management Page

When you access your SBCGlobal email account from computer or smartphone, you will come across different settings which you may or may not have tried even single time. Today we are going to make you familiar with all the important settings you will find under ‘Management’ option.

Management menu

Under this page, you can log in to the account by entering the login username and password. After entering the username, you can click on the box which says ‘Remember password’. The advantage of selecting this box is that you don’t need to enter the details again and again into the username field. After entering the details, move further to enter the captcha given in the box. This is given to prove your identity. If are not being able to login to the account, then re-check the password and the captcha you have entered. Sometimes, even a single character if left may lead to the login problem.

Creating sub-user

If you have a family of four and want to create individual profiles on account, then create Sub-user. This can be created from the main profile. Just enter the details as per asked in the form and submit. Remember to keep the password of account different from the existing ones. Click ‘Create’ and you will get notified soon.

Mailbox size

To check or update the mailbox size, go to the master account and follow the steps given as under:

1. Go to ‘Settings’.

2. Click on ‘Manage inbox’.

3. Go to ‘Check mail quota option’. The results will be displayed on the screen.

Update Mailbox size

Open Primary account from the SBCGlobal login page and click on ‘Email quota’ option. Select account for which you want to enhance the mail quota.

Over to ‘Settings’ and click on ‘Mailbox’.

The select account you want to make changes to and update accordingly.

Click ‘Ok’ to save the settings.

Block email account or particular messages

If you are receiving irrelevant emails from a company or individual mail, then you can bar from coming in the inbox folder of your account by implementing the below-mentioned steps.

1. To block the email address, Go to ‘Settings’ and click on ‘Allow or block’ email address’.

2. Open ‘Advanced menu’.

3. Enter the email address you want to bar in your account. If you wish to unblock in the future, you can easily do so.

4. You will be prompted once, click ‘Done’ to continue anyway. There’s forwarding option available on mail with which you can forward the mail coming to your email address to other email address.

5. Tap ‘Done’ once completed.
