Have you ever questioned your worth? Do people see you as something valuable?

While you are sleeping, do you have this voice-over in your head that is talking to thy self? Do you have those thoughts that won't shut up even if your body is already shutdown?

Those questions are really tiresome, am I right? Thinking of it makes you exhausted and just want to lay all day and drown for answers.

I understand you, I know how that feels. I have those too. It keeps me awake specially at night. It's hard for me to have those thoughts coz I really need to rest. Why? Because I'm a full-time mom of 3.

But how can we ignore those voices inside our head? It's easy for some to say "Just think of positive or happy thoughts" or "Go to your happy place, so the voices will stop". Hah! Easy for them to say.

But really, how can we at least ignore the voices? My answer? We can't. Sometimes the more you ignore those voices, the bigger they get or let me say the louder they can be and that could lead to something bad or worse.

It's better to talk about it with someone you can trust your life with. Not with JUST someone you can trust. What if I don't have someone I trust? If that's the case, then dissect the voices. In the first place, how did this voices started? Is it with someone you had problems with, someone that you can't tell that you have problems with them... Like such things. Where and how did it start? You have to answer that, so we can move to the next step

One of my closest friends told me that to stop those thoughts you have to confront them.

With that being done, you can put your mind and heart at ease. If they don't like it then so be it, at the end of the day it s you who's going to decide what you think is best for you and your mental state.

But going back, once you know where and how it started. Use your hobbies to let those voices out. Like me, these words that you're reading right now are literally the thoughts that I have in mind as of the moment. I installed the app because I want these thoughts to go out. I want to declutter some junks in my head and put it into something useful.

You can write, you can draw it out, you can talk to someone (again, if you're uncomfortable to open up your problems or dilemmas in life, then tell it to someone you trust your life with), you can simply type it in your phone's notepad, you can play games, you can record your voice and turn it into a podcast or something, you video record yourself as if your doing a blog and many more.

You can let those thoughts out, dear. With a lot of things and ways not just going to a happy place or thinking of positive thought. Man, trust me to those who said that "IT-IS-FORKING-HARD TO DO THAT" specially when you're really in your darkest day. So why not stay in that dark spot for a while but clear out your mind by doing what you think is the best and a good way.

Disclaimer: you might say what if the best thing that I can think of is to hurt someone etc. Please! You're in your darkest day just don't add more problems to your problem. Adding more stress will lock you in that dark spot man.

What we want to achieve is to slowly get out of that dark spot and at the same time clearing out your mind space.
