I am a coward in love.

I can say it through my poems,
Only if you would read,
I am but my love is timid,
I am afraid to take a lead.

I am so afraid to lose you,
Even when you are not mine,
I don't miss you at all,
As I don't forget you any time.

I hurt you a bit,
I hurt myself a lot,
I try so much,
But fail to abscond your thoughts.

I can't see you sad,
It makes me fragile,
I can move the mountains,
Just for your one smile.

I can't see you cry,
It makes me shiver,
For each tear of yours,
I cry ocean and rivers.

I see you go away,
My world shatters in bits,
The day I don't see you,
I feel like an alive body with dead spirit.

I know I love you the most,
But, I believe you deserve better,
As I am full of flaws,
In these world of beautiful wonders.

I'm afraid to take a first step,
I am one such coward,
I know I can give you all love in the world,
I just don't know how to love.
