I really like you

"I love you"

He is the type of guy to spout things like this easily and carelessly.

"Jin! I love you" said Marisse while blushing and as red as a tomato.

"I love you too!" He replies then continue on what he was doing.

I never liked his type of guy.

Marisse got back on her seat, her group of friends crowded around her whispering comforting words, but she got up and walked out instead.

She's serious -the whole class new she liked Jin (Jin knows too) and all are just waiting for her to actually say it- and Jin acted like a jerk.

I smiled bitterly.

"Lea! Let's go and eat lunch! Together?" The everyone's eyes are on me. Expecting me to turn down Jin -like what I've always done to guy's asking me out/ hitting on me.

"Okay." I said, which is barely audible; to everyone's surprise. Jin smiled, like he always did. A Jin-smile too annoyingly bright, you'll need shades or be accustom to it.

I stand, then walk, and he follows. Our school doesn't have a rooftop like in the Animes' or comics but it has a balcony -which is small and there's a table and chair to seat on. Looking down it shows the school's green garden.

He pulled the chair for me to seat on then lay the Jin-made bentos on the table. He offered his handkerchief as my table napkin.

"Here Mademoiselle, is your pair of spoon and fork" placing them to each's rightful place (he's still showing that extremely bright smile, the guy is sunlight!)

We ate, no one talked, we shared our presence with each other which I liked. The silence is comforting.

We finished and cleaned the table but no one got up on each's seat.

"I really like you, Lea" he whispered, emphasizing each word and making each word sound important, very careful "I really do"

He placed his right hand right above mine and then started rubbing his thumb on it, making it warm nicely

When you mean something, truly meaning it, you feel the heaviness of each word, making it very very hard to pull out from your throat

because it travels from the heart.

"I...

really

like

you

too.

Really

really

do"

While voicing every word I stare on his eyes, deep and drowning. Holding meaning.

We're high schools and feelings doesn't stop when high school ended. We grow, we mature, as well as feelings.

Feelings grow naturally

It doesn't need to be forced

or to be rushed.

That's love.
