I see magic

I see magic in her stories,

When I was too small to think

She created a imaginary world of thoughts.

I see magic in her eyes,

When I was ill;

She cared for me by wakeing up till morning.

I see magic in her hand,

When she tied rakhi on my hand;

And somehow her single thread protected my life.

I see magic in her worries,

When I used to come late from office;

She didn't eat single bite of delicious dinner without me.

I see magic in her,

When she loved me without expectation;

She is my grandmother, my mother, my sister and my spouse.
