i still think about it, and i hope you do, too

Info

i still think about it and i hope you do, too

that night when a spark ignited both me and you

i didn't know if it was real or just the alcohol in my veins,

but you made me feel so safe and i couldn't feel my face

talked about our pasts and talked about life

what if my parents didn't see me home in the morning at 5?

walked so tipsy so you put your arms 'round me,

had to go so you gave me a hug and kissed me

i still think about it and i hope you do, too

when you and I lied on your bed in the afternoon at 2

hid in your closet for me not to get caught,

things were getting more intense than I thought

you gave me hope and butterflies,

don't tell me all of these are lies.

dying for you to clarify the situation,

and finally, you said it's all just an infatuation.
