Krishna Returns on Akshaya Tritiya

I was so thrilled after meeting Lord Krishna yesterday morning that today I got up early around six am wishing to meet him again.

But HE was no where. I went to balcony and gave company to Reeta for doing Pranayams. Weather was so exciting with Cool fresh breeze. Initially there was little rain, later it went into high mode. I started praying to GOD for taking care of farmers' crops.

Around 1.30 pm, I saw Krishna sitting next to me. My day's first wish got fulfilled of meeting HIM again.

Me: Thanks for coming again. Today you are late.

Krishna: I went to tour India yesterday and today morning I was in Maharashtra for obliging my devotees with Darshan on this auspicious day of Akshaya Tritiya.

Me: Condition of Maharashtra is really bad with the spreading of this deadly virus.

Krishna: See the positive, people are recovering. 

Me: People are living in unhygienic conditions with maximum density of populations in certain slums. I think this is also one of the reason for spread.

Krishna: As told you yesterday, it's all due to human acts. No more comments on this. One thing is sure they will be back to normal after winning this battle with good karmas.

Me: If I am right, Akshaya Tritiya is celebrated all over India then why you went only to Maharashtra.

Krishna: My impatient son, the day is still not over. Being lockdown my duty is more tough. Earlier people used to come to visit me in temples so blessing to masses was easy. Now temples being closed I have to go personally to each devotee.

Me: Personally meeting all in one day, will it be feasible?

Krishna: I am in positive thoughts of all humans. When they will pray or remember me I would be present to bless them.

Me: Understood, same trick which YOU used to play with Gopis.

Krishna: Pavan, I have noticed you take more interest in Gopis.

Me: I am your son, dear Krishna.

Krishna: I forgot my mobile yesterday at your bedroom sofa. I have come to pick it up. Can you bring it in balcony.

Me: You are present everywhere. You may have got it picked yesterday with your powers or you may have taken it today itself from my bedroom.

Krishna: First of all, WE don't misuse our powers. Secondly daughter Reeta may be in bedroom.

Me: Reeta is in kitchen. Why so much formality with own children.

Krishna: WE respect privacy of all.

Me: I didn't notice any ringing of phone or your phone in my room.

Krishna: It was on silent mode. Moreover your local network is very poor.

Me: You use local phones here.

Krishna: WE also follow the network of the land. 

I brought the phone and handed over to Lord Krishna. Krishna checks there were missed calls from Inderdev (इंदर देव). He checks texts from Inder.

Me: May I dare to ask YOU, why so much unexpected rains in morning. 

Krishna: Naughty Pavan, it seems you are watching too much TV talk shows.   As told yesterday that two days back at Indian Standard Time, we had a meeting with Inder for planning of rains this season. It was decided that monsoon in India would be on time starting from Kerala. But Inder got busy as usual in watching dance of Menaka and Urvashi enjoying drinks (सोमरस) and his assistant had pressed the rain button by mistake. I just read this in Inder's  text message.

Me: Inderdev would have contacted you with his own tele frequency.

Krishna: Inder has done blunder that's why he must be avoiding personal call with me. He is feeling guilt that's why sent me text message to save him.

Me: Lord, what I know from old stories that this Inderdev nature is same since ages. He always takes pangas (पंगा) unnecessarily. Most of time he is busy in watching ladies dance and booze, I mean. Why don't you assign this important portfolio of rains and managing of Inderlok to some one else.

Krishna: It's better you don't interfere in our system of working, Pavan.

Me: But sir, you see due to Inder's these habits, many times he lost Inderlok to Devils (असुर). After loosing Inderlok, he always went to YOU or Lord Shiva asking for help. You guys won him back Inderlok with help of mother Goddess but  Inder repeated same blunders again & again.

Krishna: I told you son that better you don't get in to this mess.

Me: I know you are helping him always and given him extra powers and territory of Inderlok because he is son-in-law of your partner Brahma.

Krishna: This funda of son-in-law is everywhere. We are not exception. See I have to rush now, see you some other time.

Me: Haha I understand, you are changing topic.

Krishna:  You little child. I told you today is Akshaya Tritiya, I have to rush.

Me: Ok one last wish, please tell me what is Significance of Akshay Tritiya festival.

Krishna: This day is the most auspicious day of the calendar. Some of its significances are: 

- Ganges descended to Earth on this day.

- This day marks the beginning of Treta-Yuga.

- Vyasadeva started composing Mahabharata with my nephew Ganesha on this day.

- Pandavas received Akshaya Patra from Sun God.

- Kubera received wealth and position as custodian of wealth.

- Goddess Annapoorna Devi appeared (took birth on Mother Earth) on this day.

- Lord Parashurama appeared on this day.

Me: I had heard your friend Sudama also came to visit you in your palace on this day.

Krishna: You are right, Pavan. Tell what else you know.

Me: My little knowledge involves in stories told by my Mother. Some of them, I remember are:

- Your partner Lord Brahma's son Akshya was born today.

- Doors of temple Badrinath jee opens on this day.

- Adi Sankaracharya composed Kanakadhara Stotram on this day

- In the temple of Kshira-Chora Gopinatha (Remuna, Orissa) the Deities of Madana-Mohana, Govinda and Gopinatha are smeared with sandalwood pulp on this auspicious day of Akshaya Tritiya.

- Mahabharata war ended on this day.

- YOUR feet Darshan is opened on this day at Banke Bihari Temple.

- The construction of the charitos for YOUR temple Jagannath Ratha Yatra begins on this day. 

Krishna: Your mother was really very intelligent, I must say.

Me: Thanks my Lord, When did this Akshya Tritiya started?

Krishna: Ram & Seeta were staying in the forest when Goddess Parvati herself planted the tree for their comfort and named the tree as "Akshya"

Me: What does the Akshya means?

Krishna: Immortal. Okay my dear son, I am leaving. I remember that you are enjoying this period but in general how this lockdown period is going on. 

Me: Krishna, you told that humour is must. I give the answer in humour with your kind permission.

'Husbands are facing typical, energetically, emotional & enjoyable time periods with their wives.

In First Lockdown: Husband came to know how much mistakes they made after marriage. 

In Second Lockdown: Husbands came to know from their wives how much mistakes they made from birth till their marriage.

Krishna smilingly : What if lockdown take third term after 3rd May, 2020.

Me: For sure, husbands will come to know what mistakes they had made in last birth.'
