Living together without marriage- A taboo.

This issue has been rampant nowadays. It's not only common here in my country but it's common all over the world. People living with Christian values usually contradict and negate the idea because it is against the grounds of morality. However, some people in the 21st century have been adapting such idea and they play it cool and go on with their lives. You call it substandard but that's what's happening now. We couldn't give judgment to people's choices in their OWN lives.

So why am I saying this? It's because I am cohabiting with my boyfriend. We were not in a hurry to get married and we weren't experimenting whether our relationship would work when we both shed in one roof. Our living together may hurt some of the people who are following the moral virtues but it won't hurt for them to respect our choice, would it? And I think we don't need to explain each sides on why we were rushing and on why it was too soon. Yes, that could be true but it's worth a try. We both realized many things when we were moving in. We wanted to experience life in a way that we're no longer depending on both of our parents. Regardless, the point is we share everything that we have and we see potentials in ourselves in many aspects. In other words we both grow as better individuals by watching each other's mistakes and learning from it. Our life now is very different from when we were dating and it was a challenge for the both of us. It's going to be a very long way but as long as we both are by each other's side, then it's gonna be worth it and we're gonna make it. Yes, living together doesn't guarantee a happy ever after, but neither does marriage. We both accepted that. We were planning on that. And we believe that we can do that! :)
