Lost

She used to have a raging fire,

Burning inside her heart,

Pushing her to face tomorrow,

But the fire has burned out,

And all that's left

Are ashes

Her world used to have bright colors,

Now it is drab and grey,

The colorful world is gone,

No more rainbows,

And all that's left is a thick mist

She wants to go on,

To keep on fighting,

To feel the fire of burning passion

To bring back the rainbow,

But all she see is a gloomy, cold world

She hates losing,

But she wonders if one day,

Would she finally give up?

Surrender to the darkness

And let it take her away?

Everyday, she asked herself "why?"

There was no reason for the fire to die

Or for her world to change,

And yet it did,

And now she's lost in it
