Loving You From Afar - Will I be your somewhere

I see you from afar. I can see your shiny long hair, your full and pink lips, your simple but piercing look, and your eyes, though they are behind the eyeglasses, to me, have unending stories. You're such a mystery. I see you everyday and all I can say is "Hi" and "Hello", "how are you?". And you answer me in the simplest way you can.

I wanna go near you. I want to ask more about you but I can't. I can't even ask your friends, our friends, about you. I dont want them to think that I haven't moved on yet (coz there is nothing to move on from). Yes, I still like you , and I'm hiding it. I was still in denial.
I dont know if you remember my little efforts when I gave you flower and chocolates with little note "Can I be your somewhere?". How can I forget. The "note" is encrypted and hidden somewhere. I'm so scared someone would uncover it again.
What are you thinking each time I greet you? Do you see me and remember what I chatted you or do you see me but thinking of someone else? 

Did I even exist?
Am I a friend to you? I would say yes, I was also a friend. I'm not self pitying. I know you are nice. You were just so naive.
Do you remember when you avoided me?

It stings. No one ever did that to me. And I guess you are just different. You are the girl who rarely falls. 

And everytime our team mates tell me that things didn't turn out the way I wanted and when they look at me like I am the biggest loser, I will the punch the wall as hard as I can. I would rather feel the pain in my hand than the torture of their words.

I didnt give up. "Ikaw ang laban na hinding hindi sana ipapatalo". But I chose what was right.

I guess it won't matter to you. This unrequited love is buried somewhere. It's hurting me inside and now I learning to live with it.

If I tell you I'm undeniably in love with you. 

Would it matter?
