Friends. That's what I am to you. But that's not what you are to me. I've loved you since the day that he left you. Got no idea as to how and why did I feel this, but it's there already. I tried to stop it, but my heart kept on contradicting. I'm sorry. I did my best not to love you, but I guess it wasn't enough.
You didn't know how hurt I was when you're feeling down. How much I wanted to be your crying shoulder, the shoulder that you could lean on. The pillow that would catch all of your tears falling from your eye. I really can do that for you. What pulled me back was the idea of me falling hard for you, but you ain't ready to catch someone like me.
And then, there is someone waiting for you in the corner of the street. I remember the time that I was doing all the things that he's doing. I thought that he'll feel the way that I did, but look like I was wrong. He won you and your smile.
Now here I am, stuck in the middle of nowhere. And you, there you are carrying the smile that he found in you. Looks so shiny as the morning sun, still bright during night time. I'm happy now that I see your smile again, its been awhile since I saw that curve on your face.
Don't you worry about me, I really am happy. I wish that smile of yours would never fade away again. Why? Cause someday, I may not comfort you the way I did long time ago. What am I afraid of? The fact that I wouldn't care for you anymore at all.
For the ones who were left behind, hanging, waiting for an answer. This is perfectly right for you..
