One summer morning

Info

I saw you this morning

Not moving, not breathing

And your position was unusual

As I felt something struck in my heart

I made myself believe that it wasn't real

As I made my way out and handed the door

Leaving you there and the bad image I created

Oh, how I wish it was just my mere thought

Then I came back from somewhere

You were still lying to the floor with the same position

I collected myself as I gaped at you

Your gaze did not meet mine

My feet moved where you were

And I saw the thick liquid in red from your mouth

Then realized what it was

As my soul was awaken that you're never gonna come back

I burst out in tears

Glaring at your cold, not moving body

Oh, how fast honey

You know you'll always be one of my baby.

PS: I wrote this for our dog, he just died today and it's breaking my heart. Hoping you would like this as much as I do. x

Your eyes

Your eyes love to see anything, but your heart is dying. My dear, you can go far from here.
