Overthinking

Over thinking is a poison

Slowly diminishing the horizon

Killing your very bliss

Dragging you to a deep dark abyss

                                                          It designs an imaginary world

                                                          Where the thoughts are curled

                                                          Making you a captive

                                                          Of a journey very disruptive

Mental health is deteriorated

Sleep is terminated

You loose your charm

Sowing seeds of self harm

                                                           Over thinking is a crime

                                                           Blemishing the present time

                                                           You end up wasting a day

                                                           For which you later have to repay

So wake up O Man!

Use meditation as a tool

To fight this over thinking fool

Gather the courage to strife

And create a beautiful life.
