Post Mortem

Subject is a well-nourished, young female under 30.

There are no external signs of unnatural death.

Except for the long vertical cuts on both wrists.

Irises are whitish-grey, which is terrifyingly abnormal.

The area around eyes are swollen possibly due to sleeplessness.

There are multiple hemorrhages in the conjuctiva which suggests high levels of blood pressure.

The paleness and cracks on the lips could be results of extreme dehydration and loss of blood.

The tongue is missing and seems to have been clipped using brutal methods.

There are several scars on wrists which shows earlier attempts at suicide.

The fatal incisions on both arms have been made by a sharp weapon, probably a knife or a razor blade.

Internal examination further mystifies the causes of death.

Parts of brain are shrunken due to crushed dreams and aspirations within it.

The hippocampus is swollen resulting from the recent increase in the number of painful memories.

Other parts have begun decaying premortem.

Tear glands are empty and dry, apparently from crying at extreme levels.

There is an infection spreading from the throat to the entire oesophagus, presumably caused by swallowing humiliations everyday.

The lungs and the trachea are coloured blue, which suggests life in a poisonous environment.

The heart has several punctures and most of them have turned into pus.

The interior of the heart is blackened and broken beyond imagination.

A huge part of the heart has been torn off and is missing, owing to some personal loss.

The stomach sac is contracted and the inner walls are scorched, from digesting unreal promises.

The veins and arteries look identical, as if both carry unoxygenated blood.

In summary,

The subject died of excessive bleeding from the incisions on both forearms,

Which were evidently self-inflicted,

Therefore, the death can be termed as

SUICIDE.

The underlying causes cannot be determined at the time.
