Solution 1. Set Internet Explorer as the default browser
QuickBooks uses Internet Explorer to open its Windows. For this, it needs to be the default browser:
1. Close QuickBooks Desktop and open Internet Explorer.
2. Hover over the upper right corner and click on the Gear icon.
3. Choose Internet Options.
4. Go to the Programs tab.
5. From the Default Web Browser window, choose Make Default.

5. Navigate to the Add this website to the zone field, enter *.intuit.com, then click Add.
6. Hover over the Trusted sites window, unmark the Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone option.
7. Close the Trusted sites window and then uncheck Enable Protected Mode.
8. At last, close the browser.

Solution 4. Disable add-ons on the Internet Explorer
1. Open the browser and select Command.
2. Click on the Tools and choose Internet Options.
3. Move to Programs, then click Manage add-ons.
4. Mark the disable add-ons option and click OK.
5. At last, clear cache data from Internet Explorer.
