Sea and Sky

"I've seen sky getting

replaced by the land,

I've been to horizon to

find out sea kissing sand."

I've seen love being replaced. I've seen unrequited love, I've seen love that was always it's but at the same time never it's.

Their love stories were examples of poets, writers, thinkers, the one with broken hearts. They meet, maybe not but their love is depicted by God.

You know whom I'm talking about, the sea and sky. Aren't they the lovers of the nature?

I've heard and maybe you too have heard of their story, how sea reflects the color of sky, how sea evaporates itself to form clouds and embrace the sky, how they stretch themselves for each other, how seas form waves and tides to have a glimpse of sky from little nearer, how clouds of sky rain itself to fill the sea, how the sky roars and thunders to express it's love for the sea.

Aren't these enough to prove they love each other? Do they need a relationship tag to prove their love? Or do they need a marriage certificate?

Maybe no.

That's what unconditional love all about.

But howsoever love it may be, it gets replaced.

Sea and sky may be far, always express their love with natural phenomenon but sadly sky is replaced by land.

I've seen sea kissing the sand and sky waiting for sea at the horizon.

How beautifully nature plays, isn't it? I went to horizon and saw sky stretching it's arm but the horizon seemed infinite.

Horizon is just a place people talk about, it's an oasis to the barren sky. It just seems that sky and sea meet but nothing such happens. I found sea embracing the land, kissing the sand.

Here's mighty force, an element of nature stretched far across being easily replaced and we think we have a person forever.

But you know what, the sky is worth appreciation because it witnesses the land and sea together yet hopes to meet sea at horizon.

Maybe that's what true love is, loving even after getting replaced.

I just wish sea witnesses the sky's love and kisses it while sun is setting, breeze is whispering.

May sky be seas', just but for once.
