SHE

In the fire of agonies,
She chooses to bright herself up,
Her life is in shambles,
But she doesn't give up.

With the storms of distress,
She keeps on going,
Her everyday is a battle,
But she pulls it off like a heroine.

Not many stand abreast her,
Not many she calls her own,
She hopes but anticipates,
From few she feels her home.

She doesn't look for a shoulder,
But alone to shed her tears,
Her smile hides harsh secrets,
She believes no one would like to hear.

She wears her flaws as a superhero drape,
And flaunts her scars to the world,
She doesn't afraid of commiting mistakes,
But to be lost in any mundane herd.

She dreams of a world,
That perhaps would never exist,
She is not oblivion of anything,
She enjoys life's every turns and twists.

She smiles at strangers,
In Hope of making their day,
She always forwards a helping hand,
To not make others feel her way.

She fights like a warrior,
And stays rigid and strong like mountain,
She shows as if nothing bothers her,
Like She can do it all alone and feels no pain.

And, sometimes when the night is eerily silent,

Only the moon hears her sobs,
For her broken heart that doesn't heal,
The stars see her little tears,
For all the dreams she couldn't live.

Because even if she is strong one,
She feels, she loves, she cares, she gets hurt like other women,
And, after all this bravery and rigidity,
she, too, is just another Human.
