Silent Journey

The sun rose up from its slumber

It's time to wake their dear daughter

First knock, nothing happened

Thinking maybe the child's rest overextended

Thirty minutes later, the sun is already high up

It's time to wake their dear daughter up

Knock after knock, they waited for a response

Then decided to go in and take a little glance

The girl was there lying

With tears in her eyes falling

Death evaded her existence

Making her own life fall to obsolescence

She left without saying anything

She left together with the darkness within

Upon seeing their daughter's body, they cried for help

Ignoring the thought that it's too late for their yelp

Deep cuts in her wrists, drugs on her bed

Abandoned, unloved and broken hearted

Deep cuts in her soul, stains in her heart

She was driven to death by the things she used to love

Beside her is a letter of her own

Her last breath, her hidden emotions

At the end of the letter, there she wrote

"Please don't mind me.. for a new journey I will go."
