Sold out

When I was a little kid,

the parents I have raised me imparting the thought on a younger version of myself that money can't buy happiness.

And so that's what i always keep on mind.

But it all changed when our financial stability aren't seemed to be going well anymore. That's when, money became the root of all misunderstanding.

It almost win the marriage of my parents as it swallowed the bond our family has as a whole.

Having this same and seemed to be endless discussions pertaining just with the bugdet and such things with the inclusion of money matters everyday.

...not realizing how it turned us unto its slaves.

I thought we are the one to control money but tables had turned quite well.

When I was a little kid,

I was once taught that only material things can be bought by money.

It's too late when I found out, that humans too,  had pricetag on themselves already.

If money couldn't really buy intangible things such as happiness,

then why did it took ours as it vanished along our way.
