Sunset feels

There's something about sunsets that no matter how cliché it already is, we keep writing and writing about it. Sure, we've heard about how they prove that endings can be beautiful. We've heard about the pink and purple and orange skies and how pretty they look. We've heard about every possible thing sunsets can represent. But I think there's more to it, you know? Sunsets are breathtakingly beautiful that we can't help but feel comfort whenever we see it. If it's there, we embrace it; if it's not, we long for it. We're aware that it's miles away but we feel like it's just there in front of us, making us see the world in a different view for just a moment. And then we'll think, ah, it's beautiful, and then we'll sink deeper and fall in love with it.

And maybe I'm not making any sense, but darling, those sunsets— they do feel like you.
