that you always have a big smile
For any situation, for everyone around
How you talk so calm, even if you are not fine
Your endless patience and understanding,
anytime is a good time for coaching

You're one of the most generous people I met
You give and give with no regret
Whether it's food, advice or your time
You are like a mother of mine
You take care of us as if we are your children
You guide us to make sure the right path is what we are taking

You make sure we are continously learning
From our mistakes or new things, everything in life is a training
You challenge our capabilities, you stretch our capacity because you always believe in our ability
You push us to be better everyday
I don't complain coz I know it is for us anyway

I wish to have a heart as big as yours
So pure and sincere are the intentions
Always seeing the good in people
Giving chances, believing they can change
Letting them shine, you let people fly high
To see the sky, see the world now from a different eye

I thank you for the abundance of lessons and experiences
In life or in work, they will be kept in my heart forever
I'm glad I met a mentor like you
In the future, I wish to be as good as you
I pray that He will continuously bless you with wisdom
That for sure you will share to people you will meet like you are creating a new kingdom,
Spreading the goodness, sharing valuable experiences,
doing all of them like it's your definition of success
