She's lying there ,next to me in a crumpled heap of misery
Clotted in red, bruised with pain

I look at her with blank expressions
And her voice keep hitting me hard
That's what a girl gets to love a girl
Well let me reminisce about what we got to love each other 'Understanding' which no one has given us so far - A Thing for which we craved so hard all our lives .They never understood us not even those girls who were pretty adjustable to their society.
Loving a girl gave me the freedom to understand and talk about my body something I was too scared to do before.
'Motivation'- we waited for it , I waited for it since a long time. And I got it from her.
Loving a girl motivated me to fight for things I thought were out my league.
When she lay next to me and we kissed ,taking in the heat of each other's palms when they clasped
I felt the ' love ' which I have died to get a taste of, after a long toil I do not regret to fall asleep into her arms for it contains love,just simple pure basic love we all yearn for.
Loving a girl, gave her hope, gave me pleasure, gave her peace , gave me two brains.
But to them it gave them shame !
And now they gave her bruises and I got the pain.
I still wonder loving her , kissing her , falling back to her, leaning back on her shoulder to cry
How could these things ever be shameful
How could loving someone ever be shameful
And for whom
I look at you dear now!
They had thrashed you , dissed us, pulled us apart
And still in blood and misery
We are here together
You know what we got loving each other
That will last till the end
My dear!
Loving a girl gave us strength
To stay together in thick and thin
To still love each other after all that we have been
Be great lovers , be great mothers
Go against the nature like they say but do what's best for us.
And this they won't be able to take till the end.
