The one who didn't write back

To the guy who didn't write me back
I know I know the moment you read this you'll be like here she goes again
But trust me, it has taken innumerable nights of wet pillows, days of imagination to be able to pen this. I know it sounds stupid, to the best of us it seems illogical.  But I here stand guilty of it. Of stolen glances, of dreamy eyes, of wishes and fancies. Trust me when I saw you I had no such plans but somehow your sweet words, your smiles and your respectful eyes grew on me and I can't grow out of them, I swear to God I tried,am trying. Not that you didn't warn me, you did. You told me you would never see me for more than a friend but I don't know why I was pulled towards you with such force that I couldn't stop myself.
You told me the consequences but I chose to ignore them like a blind man ignoring the objects in his way.
I wouldn't lie for a long time I blamed you,  for everything, for those sleepless nights,for those umblinking tears. But then one day, I realise that it was me who had fallen in love with you, you didn't fall. It took me a century to realise that you were never the one for me.  I've had people who talk about what it was to go out with the one they loved, I've had people who talk so fondly about the way their hands fit into his but my love, I have no such memories  all I have is the sensation,  the rush that I felt everytime I wrote to you and the endless waiting. You weren't there nor will you ever be all I ever had was....... Wait and it was over the moment you said, "I dont love you."
