"I Love You" the three most special words

Can't deny the fact that nowadays they are commonly heard

So much so that they might as well have lost their meaning

But do they always represent affection or are they just demeaning

Every time those words are spelled

They definitely have much more to them, whether written or yelled

They come with hidden intentions which one cannot comprehend

The person might be constant till the end

But each time he says it, the tone is variant

Thus one cannot blame her for falling for it not once or twice but thrice

Each time she heard it she perceived it as the same, so she paid the price

It was later on in her life, that she realized

One must be wise enough to understand the intentions that are disguised

The first time she heard it, it meant

I will love you till you allow me to touch your body & you mustn't revolt or repent

She tried to tolerate it all since she thought it was true love

And that's something you don't just give up on, of all things you keep it above

The second time she heard it, it implied

I will be your protector and keep you in my cage, locked up & tied

Since you are mine now & I own you just like my watch, wallet & other things that don't have the right to do as they wish or please anyone but my eyes

Those words terrified her enough to make her cry all those sleepless nights as she felt history reprise

The third time it was different, it came as a drop of hope

She was almost flown away by it in the beginning, thinking it was something that she could finally cope

But as time passed by, the words took their original shape

And she withered sorrowfully to have found a slave, who came into her life dressed as a hero with a cape

She wished for someone who stood tall beside her & gave her support

Rather than bow down to her, & beg for her love, he should have known to resort

She believed then that the love stories were but just myths

Since she had no strength left to apprehend them & survive what followed, as they stole away pieces of her with every breath

But just like the sun shines upon us after every dark night

A person came into her life when the time was just right

He spoke not of love nor did he try to force his feelings upon her

He said its not just about me or you its about us & together what we're

Although he knew she might never accept him the way she did the rest

He kept consoling the beating heart in his chest

And the day eventually came when he held her hand in his

She accepted what fate had planned for her, because she knew that no relation could be more selfless than this
